What is young leaders program?
The Young Leaders' Scheme is a programme of 10 training modules and four missions (projects) designed to help and support those aged between 14 and 18 who work with a section (Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts and Scouts) as a Young Leader.YEL aims to empower youth through providing them with high-level leadership development opportunities and to connect young people with decision-makers in the European Union and abroad. The organization trains young Europeans in leadership skills including public speaking and negotiation.Young Leaders is for young people aged 14-25 with limited opportunities to connect with others, discover their passion and gain work skills. It is completely free.

What is the young leaders program Cambridge : In the Young Leaders taster course, students explore these questions with experienced leaders in their own rights. Together, students ask the hard questions, mind-map techniques they can use to make the impact they want to see, and feel empowered to be mature, outspoken and passionate young people in the world today.

What does a young leader do

Being a young leader is a wonderfully varied role but you will: Go to weekly unit meetings and help girls to do activities from the Girlguiding programme. Get weird and wonderful ideas from the girls that you can bring to life as activities or events.YLC is a great opportunity to learn from diverse communities, improve communication and leadership skills, and gain invaluable mentorship for success. Everyone should Attend YLC, as it's an incredible place with amazing people to develop as a leader.Early Bird (before 31st January 2024): USD 315. Regular (1st February 2024 and after): USD 365.

Over the years, there have been many hundreds of honorees, including several popular celebrities, alongside recognized high achievers and innovators in politics, business, academia, media, and the arts. The selection process includes a screening and an interview. Roughly 100 YGL are selected every year.
