T3 is international terminal and also domestic flight operates,T2 is only for domestic flights.

Is Terminal 3 domestic or international : Transferring between T2 and T3 (domestic airports) and T1 (international airport) The T-Bus is Sydney Airport's complimentary shuttle bus service between the T1 International and T2/T3 Domestic terminals. The service currently operates every 30 minutes and takes approximately 10 minutes.

The airport consists of two passenger terminals, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. Terminal 2 serves only domestic flights, while Terminal 3 serves regional, international and long-haul operators. Terminal 1 is presently no longer in use, but will be redeveloped into an FBO.The Indian carriers operating international flights are Air India, IndiGo, SpiceJet, and Vistara. As far as domestic operations are concerned, Terminal 3 is used by Air India, Air India Express, Vistara, and select flights of SpiceJet and IndiGo. Select flights of IndiGo use Terminal 2 for their domestic operations.
